These terms cover the Bodha Android app and this website. Installing or using either means you accept them.
The service
Bodha is an Android launcher. The free core works without an account. Pro is a paid entitlement purchased through Google Play; an account (Google sign-in) exists so your purchase can be restored across devices.
Payments and refunds
Pro costs $3 per month, $20 per year with a seven-day free trial, or $60 once for lifetime access. Purchases and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. If Play's process fails you, write to us and we will sort it out.
Your responsibilities
Use Bodha lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt the service or other people's use of it. Your Google account credentials are yours to secure.
License
The source code is available under the Fair Source license (FSL-1.1-ALv2): free to use, modify and redistribute for any purpose except a competing commercial product. Each release becomes Apache-2.0 two years after publication.
Warranty and liability
Bodha is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and does not let us exclude.
Termination and changes
You can stop using Bodha and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here before they take effect.
